FREE sourcing support, up to 3%. Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after we review your product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements.
This policy describes how GridField Sourcing handles information typed into the inquiry form and the comment box. The desk is an independent sourcing partner. It does not claim manufacturer status or authorized dealer status. It does not sell a mailing list.
The form asks for a name, a work email, an optional phone, a company name and a procurement note. The note may include building use, dimensions, loads, a project location, quantity, destination, timing and a scope label. Optional fields, shown when script runs, collect a product name, a USD budget with its basis, and a supplier preference. Those optional items are added to the procurement note at submit time. They are not separate stored accounts.
The text is used to understand the request, to ask a supplier a comparable question, and to reply to the email address you entered. A comment on a note is used to read feedback on that note. GridField Sourcing does not use the brief to claim a relationship with a brand you mentioned.
The form has no file upload. Do not rely on this page to receive drawings. There is no published street address, so location data is only what you type about the project. Payment card numbers are not requested. A budget figure is a target you choose to share, not a charge.
Inquiry text is kept long enough to answer the request and to keep a record of what was sent to a supplier on your behalf. If you ask, by the same email, that a pending note be closed, the desk will stop using it for new supplier questions. Records required for a dispute or a legal duty may be kept for that duty.
The project description may be shared with suppliers you ask the desk to contact, so they can price the same scope. It is not shared as a marketing list. Hosting and mail providers may process the message as part of delivering the form. GridField Sourcing does not authorize those providers to use the note for their own promotion.
A sourcing note may store the time it was first shown, so the note can stop after the published window. Closing the bar stores a session flag. That flag does not contain your name or your project. It does not reset the first-shown time.
Write through the inquiry form and put privacy in the first line of the note, using an email you can read. There is no separate privacy mailbox published on this page. If a law where you live gives you a right to access or correct a brief, use that same path and describe the request plainly.
