FREE sourcing support, up to 3%. Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after we review your product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements.
These notes are written by an independent sourcing desk for buyers who start from a brand search and need a specification. They are not product reviews, and they do not assign capacity, warranty or a score to any factory.
A note can show how to separate shell from turnkey, how to write wind speed next to a destination, and how to keep HUD Code, IRC and IBC from sharing one sentence. It cannot confirm a plant, a price or a code approval. Those stay with the supplier documents and the authority having jurisdiction.
If the question is which inquiry name to start from, use Product Systems. If the question is which load line is still blank, use the Specification Center. The form on the contact page is the place to send the resulting brief.
Quantity, destination and delivery timing should appear in the buyer words, not only in a headline. A USD figure is optional and should say whether it is per module or for the whole order. A preference among premium, mid-range and budget-friendly suppliers is a request. The notes do not convert that request into a rating.
Primary frame choice, purlin and girt layout, and the transport envelope belong in the same note as the price request. A volumetric module that clears a drawing and fails a bridge on the route is not a completed comparison. Panelized packs that ignore a crane limit create the same gap from the other direction. Write the constraint while the quotation columns are still empty.
GridField Sourcing will not fill a blank wind speed, ground snow load or seismic design category from a neighboring county. If the jurisdiction is known and the criteria are not, the note should say the criteria are outstanding. That sentence is more useful to a bidder than a borrowed example case.
